The best low carb pasta ever February 8, 2008
Our family loves pasta, but also needs to control carbs because of weight and diabetes. Pasta was off our menu plans until I found Dreamfields. All of the varieties are delicious. You would never know that this is healthy eating!

Dreamfields rotini is an excellent product. Good for people with diabetes since the carbohydrates are only 5 mg per serving versus much more with regulat rotini.

This pasta has the taste, texture, and properties of a full fledged pasta. It is wonderful and tasty. It does lower the carb count for those striving to lose weight but unable to curtail their desire for some pasta.

excellent low carb substitute for high carb pasta. I could not tell the difference at all. Definitely a great buy for anyone on a low carb diet.

I have been using Dreamfields pasta for over a year now. I am on a reduced carb diet so it is wonderful for me, but even better is that my husband who won't touch an item if it is "diet" can't tell the difference and admits it and loves this pasta too. My sister-in-law is Italian and knows her pasta and she can't tell the difference either. It does take a little longer to cook than regular pasta but other than that no difference in taste, texture, etc. I can only get elbows, spaghettii & linguine at my supermarket so I was very excited to see the lasagna and rotelli offered on Amazon. Try it it is great!
