I recently bought a zero-turn mower and found that having the engine right behind me was LOUD! so I did an exhaustive search and found these hearing protector/ stereo headphones. If I had just bought headphones I wouldn't even be able to hear the music and if I'd just bought a hearing protector I'd probably go mad talking to myself for an hour while I mow...so this product was perfect for my needs. Fits snug, really blocks the mower noise, FM reception is great and the stereo sounds excellent. WISHLIST:
1. wish it had rechargable batteries and 2. wish it was bluetooth to stop the music to accept a call...otherwise they're awesome.

headphones have performed as promised. It is a joy to listen to the radio as I am mowing. The headband does tend to be a little tight but I assume that will loosen up with use.

It is great to use when sanding and doing no brainer tasks but when using the table saw or joiner I would not use the radio. I was somewhat disappointed with the reception as I could not get the weaker stations that I can get in the car, come to think of it my home radios have the same trouble with those stations. I don't regret the purchase and will be using them. I have not used my Ipod with them at this point.

Works great. Really makes mowing and splitting wood much more enjoyable. It would have gotten 5 stars but the reception is not always perfect. Some slight movements sometimes is enough to add static to the music. Came with the cord required to add an mp3 player also.
