I've been receiving this product via auto-delivery for about a year now. I try to eat one of these bars as my lunch at least 3 days a week. It tastes like a candy bar and provides enough fiber, protein, etc. to replace a meal. I think it's a great way to help me lose weight.

The title says it all. They are very tastey but the outer coating of puffed something-or-other breaks up very easily, scattering crumbs everywhere. Plus, in my batch at least, the caramel inside oozed out of the protective crumb casing and stuck to the wrapper. This is not the thing to take with you for a quick bite at work, etc. because when you're finished you have to wash your hands and brush yourself off -- maybe you'd want to vacuum the floor, too.

It's pretty good. I would recommend it if you like peanuts. A little dry though. It does fill you up when hungry.

I love eating these for breakfast, since they have a good amount of protein and fiber. They taste like a peanut roll, are very chewy (so eating them takes a bit) and go great with coffee!
