 Norelco Razor Replacement Heads September 30, 2008
The heads are very easy to replace and result in a much improved shave over the one-year old heads I was using. My only complaint is that the new heads are a little expensive.
I would participate in the Amazon automatic re-purchase option if Amazon offered a order annually option rather than the current maximum 6-months option.

Replacement heads do make a difference September 9, 2008
I had delayed replacing the heads because I thought this was just a money-maker for the company and it didn't make any difference. I was surprised that it did make a noticeable improvement in the performance of my shaver.

It's nice that norelco makes replacement blades and I dont have to throw away a perfectly good motor. It's good product stewardship.
