Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, Weight Watchers, I have done it all. I am about 20 lbs overweight and just over 50. I always felt deprived. It did not help that I am a carbo-grazer from 7:00pm to midnight until I started using this product. I have no urges to snack at all! Even when offered M$M's or Pirate Booty by my daughter!!! I have lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks. I take it as soon as I wake up just in case it might affect my sleep. It does cause a very dry mouth.

I have tried EVERYTHING over the years, and this is the ONLY thing that actually takes away any desire to eat. I can't believe it. I tried it after my friend lost 35 pounds in 6 weeks, and so far, 20 gone in four weeks for me, and it's still working. I actually have to force myself to eat sometimes!! I am reordering!!! I can't believe how great I feel NOT being totally obsessed with food all day while losing weight!
The ONLY thing I would warn about is that you can't be fooled by the 'caffeine-free' label. Instead of caffeine, it has bitter orange extract, which is why I think it works so well, but this still has a mild stimulant effect which kept me awake the first few nights until I realized I needed to take it earlier in the day. I also had some dry mouth, but I still think this is a far superior product!

I had heard of this product from a friend who had lost 10 lbs in a month from this product, a friend of hers had the same success as well. I have tried several diet products over the years with little success and sometimes even had scary experiences, but I was desperate and at a moment of weakness, money burning a hole in my pocket, so why not try it? I figured if I didn't like it, I could sell her the remainder at a discount. ;)
I have to say that I am surprised by how well it works. I have been taking it for 5 weeks now and have lost 17 lbs! That is a record for me. Solo Slim does pretty much exactly what it says it will do. Zaps your appetite and cravings. It is so nice to not be a slave to food and the obsessions that sometimes follow along with it. The first day I took it I noticed a difference in my appetite. It took a couple of days longer for cravings to go away. After about 2 weeks I'd have to remind myself to eat. Sometimes being hungry but really not wanting to go to the trouble to eat, not much sounds good. I went out to a very nice dinner, looked at the menu and found everything quite uninteresting. That was a first for me. I now eat about 1/3 of the food I used to at a meal. I get full easily.
I recommended this to my sister and a friend who just started taking it very recently so not much to report from them except that they both notice that it works. My friend is a vegetarian and has to be very careful when taking supplements or medicine of any kind, she has adverse reactions to many things and she had no problem with this whatsoever. My sister said she loves it, but made her very thirsty the first few days. I found the same thing too. Also, the first week that I took it I had a 3-4 nights were I'd wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling asleep again but would after an hour or so.
So how much of my weight loss do I attribute to Solo Slim vs. my own actions? Most of it. I've always had a tough time losing weight due to an overactive appetite and cravings and even though I'd try very hard to be good and eat healthy after a short period of time I'd find it difficult to continue and would manage to maintain my weight but not lose much. This makes it easy to eat healthy and less which I have been doing. It has also given me extra energy so I've been walking/jogging daily which I didn't do before (2-3 times a week before).

I lost 10 pounds in 20 days. This suplement is amazing and helped me a lot losing fat. Remember to exercise and eat healthy and drink enough water. I got lot of energy without feeling shaking. I sweat a lot when going to the gym. The only thing: I want to lose more weight but my scale doesn't move I think is because I don't have more fat to be burn.

I bought this product for my husband, and combined with excercise
he IS losing weight. He says it just takes away any appetite and
he does not want to eat! IF you have intestinal challanges, you
might not want to take this product.
