I bought this thinking it might work for appetite suppression. No such luck. Good news. Doesn't cost much!

I don't know if these were fake Lida or what, but I didn't notice any appetite suppressing.
Don't waste your money... August 22, 2008
After reading some of the reviews, I was hopeful this product would work. Don't waste your time or money. I have not felt any different as far as loss of appetite nor did I lose any weight. The good news is that I felt no side effects with this product as many described dry mouth, headaches, etc.

I started this product in june and lost 8 pounds so far. I dont think it was because of the pill. i work out every day 30min and have changed my eating habits (no junk foods) its been a slow process for me but still trying. the pill had me up at night at first also dry mounth but you must drink lots of water. It gives me engery thats the only reason why i am still on it. but as far as weight lost you wont loose much

 Not what I expected August 9, 2008
After reading previous reviews, I decided to try this product. I had high expectations when I read that others "forgot" to eat or lost a lot of weight very quickly with this product. It just wasn't so with me. It may have been the power of suggestion, but when I first took it, it seemed to work--curbing my appetite. But after a few weeks, it doesn't seem to do the trick.
