I bought this product for my husband, and combined with excercise
he IS losing weight. He says it just takes away any appetite and
he does not want to eat! IF you have intestinal challanges, you
might not want to take this product.

I was always a VERY sceptical person when it came to weight loss pills (mainly because I've tried them all). A lady at my mom's work tried Solo Slim Extra Stength and had success. Since I knew someone that actuallly had success and didn't just read about it on the internet (since most internet sellers are just trying to rip you off. BE AWARE!), I tried it. It is the best money I've spent. You don't feel like eating at all. I used to be hungry like every 4-5 hours, but now I eat breakfast and I don't desire anything else all day. The best part...it's only 1 pill/day. Other diet pills required me to take 64 pills in a week (can you say whoa!). I even skipped a pill one day and I still didn't get hungry. I lost 2 inches off my stomach in the first week. It's been 3 weeks and I can get back into my old jeans (that's 2 pants sizes lower than when I started). I've had no side effects at all. It works for my mom as well. I am a real person who has really tried this...it really does work. I'm ordering my new bottle as I type this. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!

I researched this product so much and there were hardly any reviews on it 6 months ago. My friend had all of her doctors she works with look at it and they couldn't find anything unhealthy about it. About 4 months ago I started taking it because I wanted to lose about 5 lbs. Two people I knew took it and lost quite a bit of weight. I had been working out and eating heathy for 4 months and I couldn't lose 1 lb. I was 5'8, 140 lbs. I lost 9 lbs the first month. I stopped my appetite completely for about 3 or 4 weeks. Then my appetite came back and I just lost a little slower. I really don't have anymore weight I want to lose so I take it 3 or 4 times a week now. It was an absolute miracle because I had been trying for so long. My side affects were dry mouth, and insomnia for a couple of weeks and then it went away. People I know have had problems with bowel movements. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and has never been a problem. I have been between 128 and 130lbs for 4 months and I don't try at all to lose weight anymore. To me it is worth every cent to stay at this weight and not have to worry about it. My brother tried it after me and he has lost 23 lbs in 3 months. He seemed really fit before so it seems crazy that he lost that much. Now most of my friends, family, and co workers are on it and every one has been very successful so far. I don't know if it works for everyone but our town is going crazy on it. It is selling out of our healthfood store every week.

This is a great supplement, didn't have any side effects. I lost 30 lbs in about 4 months and have kept it off taking Solo Slim! Really curbs your cravings and suppresses your appetite.
