| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description A sophisticated, acquired taste. Contrex is the king of Calcium at 486 mg/liter, and it is rich in Magnesium and Sulphate, with only a modicum of Bicarbonate for such a high mineral product - in all, a rare, beneficial chemistry. Furthermore, there is almost no Sodium, Chlorides, or Nitrates. Contrex is an elite water, hard to get, and expensive - much like Badoit - and has been thrilling connoisseurs since 1760.

It's a great water I ever met May 6, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Why people always taking about only a "TASTE" ???? This is a wonderful water I ever drank.
Well works for your constipation, Good for your blood circulation, Contains a lots of calcium, minerals .....so on. And you know, this is all natural !!!
Also,I do recommend for pregnant woman strongly.
Once you used to, taste is not too bad at all. For me, Contrex is better than Porland Spring.
Take a multi vitamin. October 29, 2007 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
It is pretty much gyahbage (garbage). Another reviewer put it perfectly "soapy salt lick residue aftertaste" (hilarious but SO accurate).
Think of tonic water. Undeniably gross.
Thoroughly unimpressed.
Beneficial product June 6, 2007 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
After breaking my leg in a horse barn accident, the Dr. advised I take calcium. Contrex is a great convenience with calcium and magnesium in an easy to grap and go bottle. I have had nothing but good service from Aqua Maestro. Cons: expensive and expensive to ship.
Tap Water April 11, 2007 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
I swear this is Venice Beach tap water. I wouldn't wash my clothes in this water. My mouth has a soapy salt lick residue after taste.
More like poison... January 10, 2007 9 out of 13 found this review helpful
I needed a new water bottle for my office desk, as I love to sip water all day because it really helps me to stay hydrated and alert, without water I get headaches! So this bottle looked really cool at the drug store, never mind the name that sounds like tampons, but I was really unprepared for the taste. Flavored water is something I enjoy and like but this Blackberry Raspberry scented mess is the most disgusting tasting beverage ever!
The water is calorie free and has 11% of the daily serving of calcium and 4% of magnesium per 8 oz. I am used to heavily mineralized water and it's funky taste but this stuff is horrid. Splenda is used for sweetness, but with the flavors it tastes mildewy and nauseating, I don't care how good water is for me, this is something I will avoid form now on! I cannot imagine anyone buying tons of this from here, the taste is not acquired and sophisticated at all, that I can easily deal with but this is fake and plastic and the last thing this tastes of is fruit, blah... If I grow hair on my tongue this water will be the culprit! Lol
