I've been using Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate since I started baking/cooking 47 years ago, as did my Grandmother before me. I can't imagine using anything else. When a recipe calls for Cocoa, I always use Ghirardelli. Anytime I share a recipe that calls for cocoa it's always with the caveat that other products (like Hersheys, Nestles etc.) will NOT give the results that the person is after. A Cocoa Divinity Cake made with Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate is to die for, and the Ghirardelli Brownie recipe makes the absolute BEST BROWNIES in the world, either mix or from scratch. No good kitchen should be without it!
