 Big Franks are SOOOO yummy! September 1, 2008
I've been a vegetarian all of my life - Big Franks are great tasting! My husband is not a vegetarian and he loves Big Franks also! They do great over the fire and my kids love "hotdog sandwich spread". You mash the franks or use a food processor. Mix with mayonaise and dill pickle relish. Tastes really good!

Big Franks are a great replacement for meat products. They can be used in any recipe calling for hot dogs: traditional in-bun, sauteed with onions and potatoes, or in casseroles such as a German-style potato/onion/cream sauce mixture. They can also be used in deep-fried corn dogs. They have a great flavor and texture and I have used them for 40 years.

These are the best vegetarian dogs I've tried. Better than Tofu Pups or any of the Eves products. They're really good with a whole wheat bun, with or without fixing. I bought a whole case because they're easy eating out of the can. Heating them isn't even necessary if the can is warm.

I have been eating Loma Linda big franks all of my life and I still think it is the best out there! I enjoy them as much as I did when I was little. WEll worth it, and a great source of protein.

I have enjoyed Big Franks for years. Now that Amazon carries them I can get them delivered to my door at a price (including shipping, subscription plan) that is lower than I can find anywhere else.
