 Easier to prepare than I expected, taste is a bit different than regular Macaroni & Cheese August 15, 2008
Considering what most kids want for an after school snack, this is better than most. When my kids want something hot this fits the bill with only 4 grams of fat and 230 calories.
Easy Mac truly is easy to make. All I do is add 2 packets of the noodles to a large bowl, add in 1 1/4 cup of water, and microwave for 4 minutes. The noodles come out perfectly cooked, and then I just stir in the 2 powdered cheese packets. Done! The kids then split it into two servings, and it holds them over until dinner.
The taste is not as good as the regular Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. However, without needing to add butter and milk it's a reasonable trade-off.

 great, easy lunch for picky kids April 12, 2008
This is my daughter's favorite lunch! The only catch, is that you have to ignore the directions, it doesn't come out the same the way they say to do it. They say to just mix the cheese in when cooked, but for it to taste good, you have to drain the water, then add a little butter and milk (very little) along with the cheese. The other thing is that each of the 6 pouches inside is very small-my 6 year old eats two at a time! It's so easy and quick to make though, especially in the morning before school to put in her thermos-she has it once or twice a week!

My whole family enjoyed this
mac & cheese for years.
It is very easy to make in the
microwave. However, we are
trying to quit eating processed
foods and have switched to
Kraft Organic Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, Cheddar, 6-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)
We find it to be just as delicious!
It only takes 10-12 minutes to make.
In addition, I have learned that
microwaving food kills most of the
nutrition.

The convenience of this product for a single, slightly lazy person, with an occasional visit from a single grandchild, cannot be measured. Including the fabulously fast Amazon delivery, not even a huge supermarket can compete with the price.
