I did not purchase via Amazon, so this review is for the product itself, not Amazon's packaging/delivery.
I specifically use this product to clean my babies' gear: bottle parts, breastpump parts and teething toys. The foam is still very concentrated, so I BARELY have to pump any out to get enough to clean. The foam is easy to spread and cleans my parts very thoroughly!
I highly recommend the product - I know I'll continue to purchase it.

I love this dawn and read the info about delivery charges only to be charged about three times more. I brought the product for about $17 and was charged almost $20 in shipping. When I called and e mailed to cancel I got no response. Buy with caution.

foaming soap is ok, but it stays concentrated on top of the water,i need to swish the water for it to disolve,i still would recommend this or any other dawn soaps as they do well on grease.

Now that I know that others have had the same problem as myself with this item. I am thinking seriously about calling an attorney. THis is false advertising and should have been corrected by now. Truth, if people knew it, it wouldn't sell. I was told by amazon that it was corrected and if you will read the ad's item that is not the case. I am still fighting the company over this and hope I don't have to seek legal council.It would be unreal crazy to have to call an attorney over this, when Amazon could just make good on their product and fix the ad.

Well, like everyone else, I only received 1 bottle instead of my case of 10 bottles of Dawn, and not only that - it leaked all over!! I can understand if there was an error in the advertising. My real issue is that I have left three phone messages and sent two emails to customer service. I have received NO response. I am even calling during their posted business hours! Needless to say, I am VERY ANNOYED and I want my money back NOW. My original order was from True Value, it shipped from Polstein's Home & Beyond.
