These are of simialr quality to the little bottle of McCormick spice sesame seeds from the grocery store. These are $18 for over 100 onces. At the grocery store, the cost is ~ $6 for < 2 ounces! These are a much better deal for the $.
GREAT June 9, 2007
These are great at the regular price, so grab some while they are on sale. 1/4 cup sesame seeds daily is the best source out there for copper and manganese. I put them in just about anything.
