A Burst of Flavor March 9, 2007
I know nothing about the putative medicinal qualities of crystallized ginger but I find it to be a very tasty snack. My introduction to the product came from a friend who carries it with him to snack on while driving. Just bite down on a chunk of this and a burst of peppery flavor fills your mouth.
Before finding Wild Oats' brand ginger here on amazon, I was buying it in bulk from barrels at the grocery. No more. This is far superior and the resealable package keeps you from having to worry about spilling it. If you like a lot of zing in your snacks, check this out! Its an excellent value.

I took one little piece for an upset stomach and it worked great. It does have a black peppery kick at the end, so be prepared. This company also makes incredibly tasty cookies.
