Organic Garlic - It's Not Simply An Organic-Vampire Repellent July 5, 2008

First of all, garlic is my favorite spice. And, I think Organic garlic is a must on any spice rack - we use it on caprese, pasta dishes, and try sprinkling a bit on your scrambled eggs. Yum!! Organic basil is another spice (era, herb) we couldn't do without. And, we found that "Simply Organic" brand does a great job with it's organic herb and spice offerings.

I have used many of the simply organic spices for all most a year now and they are quite simply on of the best dried spices you can find. They are very rich in aroma and flavor. They are very much worth their price:)
