 Wonderfully dissapointing October 15, 2008
I never had blackheads until I used this facial scrub. Granted, it made the ones that appeared a bit on the smaller side, but still this is awful.
A gimmicky way to, supposedly, remove blackheads. October 15, 2008
The Clean & Clear Blackhead Eraser Kit consists of a small vibrating handheld applicator and 20 pads. The active ingredient in the pads is Salicylic Acid. My dermatologist told me a couple of years ago not to bother with products that contain Salicylic Acid, he recommended Benzoyl Peroxide, but I thought I'd give this a shot anyway. I don't currently have bad skin, but I do get acne flair-ups and blackheads occasionally.
To use the Blackhead Eraser; first you wash your face normally and leave it damp, then you place a semi-moist pad onto the velcro-like top of the applicator, next wet the pad briefly and turn on the applicator to start the vibrations, then rub the applicator with pad on your face. Use the Blackhead Eraser once every two or three days. The applicator is water-resistant and can be used in the shower.
The Blackhead Eraser is supposed to remove blackheads and prevent new ones. In theory it sounds nice. In practice, however, it does little, and caused more problems for me than not using it. Not only did it not remove my blackheads, but also the day after treatment I would notice a handful of small red bumps on my face, sort of like a pimple. The bumps would disappear by the afternoon, but when I did not use the Blackhead Eraser I did not get any bumps.
All in all... does not seem to do much, try something else.

The Clean & Clear Blackhead eraser kit comes with this nifty vibrating wand and a bunch of little lavender abrasive pads that have a cleaning solution already in them. You just pop the Velcro like pad onto the small hand held wand while your in the shower, run the cleansing pad under the water and then buff your face clean by running the wand over your face, paying special attention to the t-zone or any other area you may have trouble with.
It kinda felt like a mini sander lightly stripping away the dead skin and dirt. The vibration is a little heavy, especially going over your cheek bones, buy no more so than the Dove wand I have and I didn't like its results nearly as much as the Clean & Clear. My skin feels clean, smooth, and polished after using just one of these little pads and after using it for two weeks my pores look noticeably smaller. Does a better job than face scrub. I like the convenience of being able to use it in the shower as well. All in all, I'm very pleased.

After using this product my face felt EXTREMELY clean and looked glowy and healthy. It was easy to use, smelled good, and just took a few minutes to clean my whole face. I didn't notice a change in my pores after the first couple of uses, but I definitely think that over time I'll see a difference. I do think that it cleans and exfoliates well, so I'm sure that with continued use, I'll notice some clear changes. I haven't checked on how much the replacements pads are, but they're probably comparable to other facial cleansers. It does take just one AA battery, which was included, so that was a nice touch!

The product is well designed - Tiny, cute and easy to handle. Vibration is subtle & good for a nice facial massage.
I used this product to remove few blackheads on my face, It made my skin smooth and clear but not did not erase any of my blackheads.
Maybe it is good at removing big black heads ? since I have seen that the eyebrow strips works in the same way, that is if you have tiny hairs it will not remove that, but if the hair is little long then it will removes.
Overall - the product is a good facial massager, but not good at removing black heads.
