 Just wasn't pleased with the taste. May 27, 2008
This was a packaged rice which was very easy to fix. My husband and I didn't like the flavor. It may taste just right for others, but we found it had a "dirty" taste.
I wouldn't buy these again. Or even make the rest I have already.

After trying all of the Fox River products, this flavor is by far my favorite! Porcini Arborio complements any fine cut of meat off the grill and an aged Cabernet. Other products on the market are either soupy like a risotto or have two bits of porcini. Fox River's blend has an abundance of porcini and completes any meal for entertaining. Highly recommended and will buy again.
