Great low-carb pasta! July 22, 2008
I ordered the rotini after having tried the linguine, and they are just as good! Great flavor and texture, and leftovers make excellent pasta salads. Delicious and guilt-free. I am so glad I came across the Dreamfields brand! Pre-diabetic? No problem, eat low-carb and Dreamfields pasta.

This pasta is fantastic. It has the same taste and consistency as "regular" pasta made with bleached white flour, but doesn't give the nasty blood sugar spike/dip that makes you want to take a nap after eating a bowl of pasta.

I am really enjoying the Dreamfields pasta. It is very delicious and hearty! You would never ever know it is low carb by the taste. I am wondering in the back of my mind if it is too good to be true.

Dreamfeilds Pastas , although low carb, taste just like regular pastas and do in fact help you keep your weight down if you eat sensible serving sizes. I have heard people say that they saw no difference or had difficulties with weight control, but I submit that they just didn't do it right. You can't eat plate full sized servings every day of the week and expect it to work right, there are serving sizes you have to follow. I have been doing low carb nutrition for almost four years now and very successfully. This pasta is very good and reasonably priced and I got it in the mail just a couple of days after I ordered so I am pleased all the way around.
