Vegan's Beware June 3, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this because it specifically says "VEGAN" (not "vegetarian") on the package. However, I just noticed the ingredient list shows "lactic acid" so this is NOT vegan. False advertising.
This soup is good .... May 28, 2008 I keep this soup in my office for an occasional quick lunch. It is not as good as miso soup in a japanese restaurant - but it is very satisfying and filling.
A Bit of Okay May 14, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have eaten this soup many times. It is not the best, yet it is not the worst. It is flavorful yet lacks salt. It is not a cranky soup. It is pleasant and the bowl has a nice shape. This soup makes me happy sometimes, and sad other times. It reminds me of mountains on a clear day.
Kimchi Soup for a Yoohaksaeng's Soul :-) April 27, 2008 Delicious! I'm a first-generation Korean studying abroad in the States, and whenever I get a craving for Korean food that I cannot always afford to indulge, this bowl of soup really hits the spot. Love it, love it, love it.
Other Annie Chun's dishes are so much better April 22, 2008 Just like the above reviewer, I bought one at Trader Joe's. The teriyaki bowl was so great! But this miso soup...bland, in my opinion.
