Cereal is great as a snack too! September 8, 2008
This cereal is really good. It's crunchy and sweet, but it's not saturated in sugar. You can get kids to eat it as a snack without the milk too.

This product is great! It is not too sweet and you can eat it as a hand-held snack. Total is noticing Kashi is good enough to affect their sales. I get my vitamins from many healthy meals, not one. With the different flavors I sometimes mix them in one bowl. I think it is a good value for the money.
Organic whole grain cereal that tastes good! July 29, 2008
My kids love this cereal and want it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Does it get better than that? Some boxes do have more shreds at the bottom than others. Want a great idea? Dump the shreds in a bowl with some milk and microwave it -- it is yummy and no wasted cereal!

It's not always easy to find cereals that both kids and adults can enjoy equally, but Kashi Cinnamon Harvest fits the bill in my house. Just the right amount of sweetness and a nice cinnamon-y bite. My youngest daughter loves it without milk as a snack -- for her it's the perfect finger food. I'm so glad Amazon offers this as a subscription, because the one drawback is that it is a little pricey. Worth it to me!

I have been eating this for a couple of years now and it is yet another terrific product from Kashi. Very yummy wheat cereal that is a touch sweet and has great natural cinnamon flavor. I eat it and I am full for hours and hours just like most Kashi cereals.
