I can't believe how tasty this is right out of the can! It comes with a cute little spork too. This would be great for traveling or camping.

I bought one of these at a little shop in JFK airport's Jet Blue terminal. Always happy to find something labeled "Gluten Free" while traveling. It is microwaveable, but I had it cold. It was surprisingly good. Very basic veggies with a little spork to eat it with. Probably about 1/4 to 1/3 bigger than a tuna can. Not really a full meal, but bigger than a snack.
