When you love Indian food, but don't have the time to cook it, Kitchens of India is a really great alternative. I have yet to be disappointed in one of their dishes and this one is no exception.

This dessert is so sinfully rich and delicious. I didn't really know how to present this to my dinner guests, because it's too rich to be offered in large portions, so I wasn't sure how 3 tablespoons at the bottom of a ramekin would be welcomed, but my friends loved it. I find it very difficult to open a pouch and not eat the whole thing on my own, so I try to pretend I don't have a new pack of 6 pouches in my pantry right now.
I found that no matter how you heat it, microwave or heating the pouch in hot water, there will be some separation of the fat from the pudding, if it's overheated, but noone seems to care. It's very easy to overheat the content in the microwave, half a minute is plenty.

This is very very yummy. The only reason I give it a 4 stars is that it is very rich ... 500 calories. If you don't care for calories, give it a try!
