I bought this because it specifically says "VEGAN" (not "vegetarian") on the package. However, I just noticed the ingredient list shows "lactic acid" so this is NOT vegan. False advertising.

I keep this soup in my office for an occasional quick lunch. It is not as good as miso soup in a japanese restaurant - but it is very satisfying and filling.

I have eaten this soup many times. It is not the best, yet it is not the worst. It is flavorful yet lacks salt. It is not a cranky soup. It is pleasant and the bowl has a nice shape. This soup makes me happy sometimes, and sad other times. It reminds me of mountains on a clear day.

Delicious! I'm a first-generation Korean studying abroad in the States, and whenever I get a craving for Korean food that I cannot always afford to indulge, this bowl of soup really hits the spot. Love it, love it, love it.

Just like the above reviewer, I bought one at Trader Joe's. The teriyaki bowl was so great! But this miso soup...bland, in my opinion.
