 Great drink, helps my diet June 1, 2008

With 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein, this is a great product to help me avoid snacking. I use it in the afternoon, in the evening and overnight, sipping instead of other drinks and I believe the fiber/protein help me stay away from food. It's a great product and I use subscribe & save to keep a significant supply available at home and at work.
 Good Product, Not Easy to Find May 25, 2008
Kellogg's Special Potassium Oxide Protein Water does a good job in taking the edge off hunger. I drink it about 5 times a week. It is not a weight loss program by itself, but does help.
I buy it from Amazon because few local stores carry it.

I stopped drinking all Soda's about 6 months ago. I saw this product and since it had Splenda as the sweetner I decided to try it. It was love at First Sip! I had the Pink Lemonade flavor but ordered two of these also during the promotion.I so like the fact it fills me up, it has 5 gms of protein and also having fiber is a huge plus in my book. The deal that Amazon has here is really good it costs a whole lot more where I live. I just stocked up for the summer with the promotion. Here's to health. Try it, you just may like it.

This is great. So far when I am sipping on this I have not gotten severly hungry. I work where food is not allowed on the front line and this has been wonderful. Low calorie and low sodium plus fiber and pretien to boot. Fabulous. Taste like all the other drink add ins.

I like the high protein/fiber and low calories. But this was way too sweet. I had to double the amount of recommended water to be able to drink this. I have also tried the iced tea and pink lemonade. I like the pink lemonade best and this one the least. Overall, the product is not bad. It dissolves completely and does not have aftertaste. Give it a try. But before buying a bunch of one single flavor, try them all first.
