This bread is TRULY AMAZING! Pamela's bread tastes THE most like regular bread and all of the recipes on the bag are wonderful. It never crumbles and doesn't have that strong starchy flavor that other gluten free breads have. We can have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches again! I always have Pamela's bread on hand!

Pamela's Pancake and Baking Mix is the best thing I have found for baking since I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue. Makes heavenly chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. I love their banana bread recipe. Hadn't had pizza in years but now have it often using their pizza crust recipe. Check out the recipies on the Pamela's site for great baking!

Pamela's Products Wheat-Free Amazing Bread Mix, 19-Ounce Packages (Pack of 6)
I ordered this bread mix not realizing that I would need a big kitchen aid mixer, which I do not own. I gave it to some friends who did have a mixer and they had trouble getting it to cook all the way through without burning the outer part of it. Another friend of mine started cooking it in her bread machine and says that it works great that way. (follow the bread machine directions)

My son with AUTISM has been on the GFCF diet for 9 yrs now (he's 11). He loves this bread and pretty much won't eat others! It's easy to make and bake (by hand - I do not have a bread machine). I use Soy milk. It bakes perfect every time :) Just follow the directions. Slice when it's cool and freeze. It makes great sandwich bread and toast. The Sweet Bread recipe on the package is good, too. I haven't yet tried the other recipes but am sure of their success and great taste and texture as well. What's even better is Amazon's great price on the case of six! You simply can't beat it.

This is the best Gluten FREE bread!! But you do have to cook it longer than it says on the package or it will not be done in the middle. I cook it a total of 78 minutes. After the first 20 I cover it with tinfoil so it does not get too brown then after 50 min I uncover it and let it cook another 8 mins. YUMMY!!!
