The taste as the other reviewers stated is acquired, you will get used to it after a week. It is very filling and I use it as a meal replacement I would definitely recommend this to everyone, make sure you get a shaker, you can't drink this without a shaker.

I've tried the creamy vanilla (5/5 stars) and the cookies and cream (3.5/5).
1 scoop of the creamy vanilla and 8oz of skim or reduced fat milk is amazing! The flavor is great. It doesn't mix as well as ON's 100% whey protein, but It's not supposed to. I also really enjoy the thicker texture, it's like having a vanilla milkshake right before bed time! I look forward to it everynight! The cookies and cream is good but pales in comparison to the creamy vanilla in my opinion. As I try more flavors I'll update this review.

i swear, with 100% of my being, that all star health is THE best online source for health supplements such as protein and strength and recovery products. i often find that all star health is a one stop shop for me. i've bought 2 more items from this seller, and plan to continue purchasing from them. though it would be nice to get lowered shipping rates... :) hehe. not that they're bad, i just love low shipping costs. thank you, all star health, you f****ing rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible taste, and I've consumed a lot of protein in my life. This stuff ranks as the worst. Their whey tastes a lot better.

...only for slow-absorbtion such as before bed or if you know you're having a late meal. This is what casein is for. I like ON products and will continue to buy this and their 100% natural whey. I have 4 of those a day and 1 casein before bed. This stuff might be hard on the taste buds at first, but you'll get used to it. It's more gritty than whey and tastes a bit like stale coffee. As long as it works I can stomache it. I only wish it did not have artificial flavoring.
