Product Description Rayovac Rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) Batteries are high capacity, long lasting batteries designed for use in high tech devices that drain batteries quickly, such as digital cameras, MP3 players, PDAs, walkie-talkies, and portable CD players.
Amazon.com Product Description The high-capacity, 1800 mAH Rayovac NM724-4 Rechargeable NiMH AAA Batteries last up to three times longer in digital cameras than standard alkaline, and can be recharged up to 500 times. That means more shots on a single set of batteries, not to mention thousands of dollars in savings on batteries for your high-drain digital still camera. Plus, with Rayovac NiMH batteries, there are no "memory" problems -- recharge your Rayovac batteries any time, even if they are only partially drained. Usage Tips - Always charge NiMH batteries before first use
- For maximum performance, charge batteries prior to using if stored for more than one month
- Charge in any Rayovac NiMH Battery Charger (Note: older Rayovac Renewal rechargeable alkaline power stations or battery chargers do not charge NiMH batteries)
- NiMH batteries can be disposed of with regular trash -- NiMH is safe for the environment
What's in the Box One four-pack of Rayovac NM724-4 Rechargeable NiMH AAA Batteries (four total batteries).

Rayovac rechargeable batteries May 25, 2009 Antoinette (Wilmington, DE) These batteries charge quickly, we use them in 2-way radios and after about 4 hours the batteries are at 1/2 power and need to be recharged. From reading the info on the batteries I was under the impression that the charge would last much longer. We have recharged them daily for 3 weeks...the price was much cheaper than other rechargeable batteries- as they were purchased in double packs.
Rayovacs have been working for years April 3, 2009 David Diez (Los Angeles, CA) I've been using Rayovac 1-hour rechargeable batteries for several years, and they are still going strong after dozens of charges. I haven't noticed any decline in how long they last, and I haven't had any major discharge issues although I don't typically leave them lying around for too long... at worst though it would be an hour in the charger. For instance, their lifetime in my wireless mouse is still comparable to the new Rayovac hybrid rechargeable batteries, and this includes discharge from use over a couple months (this also is true with my other wireless mouse for the Rayovac AA rechargeable batteries).
Very pleased with both Rayovac AAA and AA rechargeable batteries.

Working good so far. Our digital camera has been working quite some time on just 2 batteries. I like rechargeable.
Best Rechargeables are Rayovac May 5, 2007 B. J. Sechinhaus 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
I have used Sanyo, and another less expensive brand NiMH. None of them held a charge very long. These batteries, hold a charge as well as buying a new throwaway, however the charge lasts longer. I am thrilled, I just ordered another Rayovac charger and C, and D rechargeable's. It may cost me more now however it will save me more, and be good for the environment as well.
