IT IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TRIED THE CANISTER TYPE OF INSTANT BREAKFAST AND IN ALL OF MY YEARS OF DRINKING THE PRODUCT I WAS DISAPPOINTED . TO ME THE PACKETS ARE MORE COMPACT AND AND HANDY. I WILL GO BACK TO THE PACKETS THANKYOU

good way to bring a morning or lunchtime drink when you're on the go. in a travel cup in the car. I drove all the way from SF to LA with it and it kept me alert and hunger free.

I have used Instant Breakfast for many years. I really like that it is quick and easy for busy mornings. Used to purchase it at a Sam's or Costco in little packets, but I think that the canister version has a MUCH better taste. Would love to see the dark chocolate version in the canister....

I have a sensetive enough stomach that I can't always tolerate solid food and Carnation has become an absolute godsend. Unlike some meal replacement drinks (Boost and Ensure come to mind), Carnation really lacks any kind of synthetic taste. In fact, I love the taste to death instead of previous options I've tried which were just something I had to endure to avoid passing out from not eating.
It's got a great mix of vitamins and minerals that really do make it a meal in a glass. Wonderful product and, from a practical standpoint, it makes you more likely to actually have breakfast since it's so easy to mix up a glass and you can drink it while you're doing other parts of your morning ritual.

I've been using Carnation Instant Breakfast for over three months now, and it does a good job of keeping my breakfasts quick, nutritious, and low-fat. Tastes good, just be sure to stir completely. Worth the cost, completely.
