| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Sustainable fishery. Laboratory testing shows a correlation between the size and age of fish and their mercury content. This can contains only three-year-old fish (9 to 12 lbs.). We have separated the youngest fish from the rest of the catch to produce the safest albacore tuna possible. Dolphin free. Contains 1.77 g EPA/DHA omega 3 per serving (177% AHA DV). Product of U.S.A.

best tune in a can September 13, 2009 R. Rezaiifar (California) This is bar far the best tuna you can buy in a can. It's freash and I like the low mercury content (not that I can taste mercury).
Tasty Tuna May 7, 2009 E. Reyesgonzalez (New York City) Wild Planet tuna is good and tasty but it was banned by my nutritionist because it contains too much salt. I am on a sodium restricted diet (0 to 150 gms) and this tuna has 380 grams of sodium. If you do not have any restrictions, it is great.
Low Mercury But. . . February 3, 2009 EWD (NJ, USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
. . .otherwise, I was unimpressed. The tuna is packed without water or oil. When you open the can, you're greeted with 2 or 3 large lumps of tuna and a stray speck of skin here and there, all coated with a gel that I suppose is natural but is decidedly unappetizing. I couldn't eat the tuna without washing it so I was left with a handful of a soggy substance that tasted a lot more like chicken than tuna. My husband likes it. I prefer Crown Prince. Twice as much tuna for about the same price.
wild planet tuna August 28, 2008 Jean Debeljak (bonita springs, fl) I recently moved to Florida and could not find this product in a grocery store nearby I was happy to find a source to order this product. It is the best canned tuna I have ever tasted. I searched for a product that had the least amount of Mercury and found Wild Planet.
When you order on line, there is no shipping fee. I love it!
Best low mercury tuna fish June 6, 2008 Rosalie Gross (Long Island, New York) I was given a sample of this tuna at the food show in NY last year. It tastes so much better than my BB white albacore tuna. The main point is that it is very, very low in mercury, and is as safe as it gets. I was so glad to order from you because you sell it at a lower price than the manufacturer.
