I really liked the corn muffins. The chocolate had a good chocolate flavor, but the fruit flavored muffins i thought had a strange taste. All of them where a bit on the dry side. I do WW, so for the low point I would try the cholcolate and corn again and use low cal. butter. But I wouldn't buy the sampler box because I would'nt eat the others again.

I think these might take some getting used to for the average person. For a health food addict who is accustomed to 'health' tasting food, these are morsels of heaven. ha!
I like some flavors more than others, obviously (my favs are the double chocolate tops, the cranberry/bran tops and the walnut/banana tops), but they're all pretty good. I wasn't a fan of the brownies, however. I'd just stick to the tops.

I was pleased with this item. Not only was it cheaper on Amazon, but shipping was free compared to Vitalicious. I wanted to try the sample pack and see what all the fuss was about. I am glad that I did. First of all, this item needs to be stored in the freezer ASAP. It contains no preservatives and it is made with organic ingredients. It is chalk full of different vitamins and minerals. When you want to eat one, all you have to do is heat it up for 18 secs. You can eat these for breakfast or for a snack. Now, since there are no preservatives and it is on the healthy side, the taste is not as rich as the foods with all of the processed ingredients. I highly recommend the chocolate flavors because they have more of a richer flavor compared to the other ones. I look forward to ordering these in the future. I do find them to be pricey, but they are also healthy and delicious.
