I'm always looking for tasty, nutritious, filling, and quick breakfast choices, and this Vitalicious Apple Berry muffin top really hits the spot. I followed the enclosed suggested instructions to immediately freeze the tops upon delivery. I microwaved the frozen muffin top for 25 seconds on high in the packaging, and I got a warm, moist berry muffin. The berries actually burst in my mouth, and the texture of the muffin was really good....normal really....not like some diet or low-fat products that are either chewy, or too dry, and it was satisfyingly filling.
I like them for breakfast, but it would make a good snack, too. Yummy any time.

My first bite of these I thought it was corn bread. No corn grits are in it but the flavor that came across to me was corn bread. So I tried another the second day and this time warmed it and put spray butter and some lite creamcheese on top. Same still tastes like cornbread to me. Not bad just not what I expected. I enjoy the fact they are 1 weight watcher point and they have fiber and protein, they satisfy for many hours. I had with orange juice and soymilk for breakfast and it held me 7 hours. I had no intention of going that long I just forgot about lunch I was not hungry.
So it is a great diet treat and staple. I take away one star because I did expect some fruit flavor and it just tastes like cornbread. Now the deep chocolate ones are over the moon great!

I love vitatops. The appleberry is great, but not my favorite. I love the deep chocolate, double/triple chocolates and multibran is fantastic too. My 2 year old daughter loves them too and calls them "cookies"!

I have been eating Vitalicious Vita Tops for years and have tried many of the flavors (I prefer non-chocolate ones). This apple berry toasts nicely and gets a little crunchy on the ends which I love. Very nutritious and very tasty. Great for breakfast or a snack.

I'm a Vitalicious fan all the way! I started by trying the cranbran and then the bluebran vitatops - love 'em both (but the cranbran is a little sweet - it's packed with cranberries). Of the bran flavors, Appleberry is my absolute favorite now! I've not tried the chocolatey flavors because I'm not a chocolate lover and they don't come with the bran benefit. I first purchased Vitatops on Amazon but then went directly to the Vitalicious website and now I purchase six dozen 4 oz. Vitamuffins (200 cal) in a variety of bran flavors at a time, directly from them (it's cheaper and they send you % off coupon codes via e-mail to keep you coming back). I still do order some of the 2 oz. Vitatops because my daughter prefers to pop them in the toaster for the crunchy crust (she tried the 4 oz. muffins in a toaster oven but they tend to burn before heating through on the inside...you'd have to thaw them first if you wanted the crunchy crust and that doesn't work for her because she is on the run in the morning and doesn't remember to pull them out at night). You MUST store Vitalicous products in the freezer and if you don't warm or toast them before eating, they are dry and crumbly. When I heat one at the office, the entire room fills with an apple cinnamon smell, which everyone loves! For nutritional value and great flavor/texture, you can't go wrong with this one! Yummy goodness!
