Too harsh. I like strong full bodied coffee but this stuff has no soul. I recommend emeril's or newmen's.

Wow! I can't get over how much I love this coffee! I go to Small World or Starbucks regularly to order my coffee w/a shot. While I am far from a connoisseur, I do know what I like. I love coffee with a nice strong flavor but I don't like it when it is only strong b/c it tastes burnt or overbrewed. Pure flavor w/o a burnt taste -- this is my numeron uno!
I almost didn't buy Parisian Nights b/c I was judging based on Amazon reviews; The other extra bolds had larger numbers so I thought... "Hmm. maybe there is more consensus for those." My palate is thrilled that I ultimately chose review quality & not quantity. yum.

Like many reviewers here I prefer a stronger cup of coffee, and previously my go to coffee had been Timothy's Rainforest Espresso. However after reading the good reviews here I decided to order a box of Parisian Nights, and I have to say that it's even better than the Rainforest Espresso - it's smoky, has a very full body, and is not too acidic. Of course it's a bit bitter compared to some of the other K-cup coffees, but if you are not turned off by bitterness than I think it's just right for this type of coffee. Highly recommended and I've since placed this coffee on my monthly subscription plan.

If you want really strong coffee from a K-Cup, this is the way to go!
I would be this in the same catagory as my other favorites... Black Tiger by Coffee People, Double Black Diamond by Green Mountain, and Eclipse by VanHoutte.
Nothing bad to say, so give it a shot!
