With meals being "all they can be" Army food, it is good to have a source like this to fall back on. The taste is very good!!! I will continue to drink these once I return home as well as they are so good. Highly recommend if you need something to supplement your daily diet.

To those who don't like the taste of this wonderfully high-antioxidant, comparatively low-cal fiber drink, all I can say is you must not be accustomed to drinking anything healthier than diet sodas. I am a health food "nut" and am always keeping an eye out for tasty, healthy drinks with real juice and other beneficial nutritional ingredients. I say this dark berry Mix 1 is absolutely awesome. I LOVE the flavor, and would be drinking a whole one every day if they weren't so costly. My compromise is to drink half the bottle every morning. I will buy this over and over again, and if I ever get tired of this flavor, I will try the orange!

I love both of the Mix 1 hi-antioxidant fiber drinks. The Dark Berry one has a slight edge over the Orange Flavor but I find both of them very easy to drink - it isn't a diet coke or a glass of juice but neither of those are good for my body. I have one of these every morning with my breakfast and they keep me both energized and full all day and I feel much much healthier drinking them. I haven't gotten sick at all since I started this regimen and I have lost 4 lbs without doing anything else to my diet or exercise routine...I am sold and ordering a couple of more cases so that I can continue on this plan. I have actually found that my local grocery store here in Illinois has them on sale quite often and they are cheaper to buy there than online.

A delicious source of vitamins and nutrients. Very low in calories and high in fiber compared to other similar products. Drink a half a bottle with breakfast. Only .5 points on WW. The fiber keeps you feeling satisfied. It has become a part of my daily breakfast routine. Half for me, half for my husband. The flavor is decent. Not super sweet, but not awful. You can drink it w/o holding your nose. I do think the orange carrot fiber drink has a better flavor.
