This was my first batch of Mr. Beer and it turned out well. The process is easy and the product was representative of microbrew pale ales, namely Sierra Nevada. I was surprised by the amount of hops bitterness. I only rate this a 4 because pale ale isn't really one of my favorite styles, though I have made some outstanding brown ales, stouts and a porter since this. Recomended if you like a hops-y pale ale and already have a mr. beer kit or something similar.
