Typically, enzymes in your intestines break down fat from food so your body can absorb the fat. But the active ingredient in alli attaches to some of these enzymes and prevents them from digesting about a quarter of the fat you eat. Because undigested fat can't be absorbed, it passes out of your body instead of turning into calories.
The main side effect occurs when you eat a meal with too much fat while taking alli. If so much fat is blocked that your stool can't absorb it, you might have side effects. Because they are not harmful, we call them "treatment effects." These include loose or more frequent stools, an urgent need to go to the bathroom, or gas with an oily discharge. The excess fat that passes out of your body is in no way harmful. In fact, you may recognize it as something that looks like the oil on top of a pizza. I do not have any problem with these peals, working great, improve metabolism. Slowly helps to loose weight without exersice. I am using this for 2 months already and lost 10 lbs.

This product is great! I have tried lots of diets and this one really works. My husband and I follow the diet that you can access online. We have rarely found anything that we did not love on the diet. It is like going to a restaurant every night. It is always a surprise. The medication has not caused any side effects. Try it you will see!

This product, does work very well. Do a simple test eat some fatty food and in a couple of hours your stool, will contain oily droplets. At first, it seem to good to be true that how the product is marketed is truly how it works. It certain is no fake.
Word of caution, remember to take your multivitamins before bed time because this drug does strip it out most of your vitamins from your normal diet.

i was about to use this product,until an co-worker of my sister told me other wise. she told me that you eat ANYTHING fatty its going to show...guess it works. but when you think that you have to fart, your actually crapping out the fat you just ate ! im never going to go near this stuff! im just going to keep exercising and drinking rockstar juiced B4 workouts, lost 33lbs just by doing that.
