You think you know honey from the clover honey you can buy off the shelf in your neighborhood grocery store, but this is a whole new level. Sweet and tangy, this is worth the extra money. And compared to the cost of honeycomb, it is a great price.
A little tip; drizzle it over cheese, blue or brie, and you will experience an amazing combination of tastes.
