soft as velvet October 1, 2009 Sheila Dreckman (Potosi, WI USA) I love this non-fat dry milk. It is soft, smooth and fresh. It reconstitutes easily and I use it for all my baking. I make evaporated milk by adding more powder.
It's good but... July 22, 2009 P. (Chicago, IL) The flavor of this milk is great but if you'd like to use it as coffee/tea creamer, be warned that it does not mix easily (it clumps up). That combined with the fact that it is not 100% organic stops me from giving it 5 stars.
Bob's Red Mill Non-Fat Dry Milk July 6, 2009 Julia Eddy I really like the taste of this milk, but find it too expensive for my everyday use. I am returning to SACO.
Great Milk May 23, 2009 nicsin Mix with little cold water then boiling hot water add sugar as desired and I'm good to go. Also it is free from HORMONE GROWTH treated cows, it's NON FAT ,ORGANIC and taste great.
Great product! May 16, 2009 Jody I had been using this primarily for baking, but today I gave it the ultimate taste test! My 8 year old nephew asked for a glass of milk & with no fanfare, I gave him a glass of this. He drank it up without a word - I don't think he even realized it wasn't his regular milk. From now on, this will always be mixed up & in my refrigerator. I mix it up in the blender & except for the fact that it gets a little foamy, I don't have any trouble.
