Product Description A cold or hot whole grain cereal. Friend of the heart. Originally developed in the late 1800s by a Swiss nutritionist, Muesli is a delightful cereal made from a blend of whole grains, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Bob's Red Mill is dedicated to providing a highly nutritious whole grain cereal that's very tasty, so we've combined whole grain rolled oats, wheat, rye, triticale and barley, along with sweet and chewy dates and raisins, sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts for a high energy Muesli you're sure to love. Try our Old Country Style Muesli hot, cold or right out of the bag. Diets rich in whole grain foods and other plant foods low in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers. All natural.

A quick healthy on the go breakfast.....and cookies too. November 21, 2009 Michele Armont (New York, New York United States) In the morning I am typically in a rush and so it had been difficult to make breakfast, yet alone a healthy one. I started combining Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muelsi with a 6oz container of plain yogurt. The Muesli has just enough sweetness to make the combination enjoyable. I now have this every morning and it gives me a good start to the day, it's quick, tasty and economical too.
I also tried the recipe that is printed on the package for Bob's Chocolate Chip Muesli Cookies and that is a yummy treat.
Good stuff November 18, 2009 Kay Bone (Waverly, TN USA) Bob's muesli is chock-full of good stuff. It is real grains, nuts and raisins in a natural, portable form. Healthy, full of fiber, convenient - it is also less expensive than the boxed and advertised, often oversweet, other brands of muesli. A classic and a good value.
Muesli mucho November 16, 2009 Carola Charley (Sacramento, CA) We have this favorite muesli on a regular delivery cycle from Amazon; that's how much we like it.
Great Muesli! November 1, 2009 E. J. Dutton (Charlotte NC USA) I eat this muesli for breakfast almost every morning, combined with Shredded Wheat and Bran, a few pecans, a few sliced almonds, and a cup of blueberries. The muesli adds a great texture and a lot of food value, as well as very good flavor. Can't beat the price, either, as a serving is only a quarter of a cup.
The best muesli I've found October 16, 2009 Pat C (Los Alamos NM United States) Since visiting Switzerland years ago, I've been in love with muesli cereal, which is what we were frequently served for breakfast. I'd never heard of it before then. I've tried ever since to find something similar, and ended up making my own. Finally! Bob's is the real deal! All the right stuff in perfect proportions. A little bit goes a long way, so it turns out to be very inexpensive. And very healthy! Just a note, this is not to be confused with granola. (It's much better, and better for you, in my opinion.)
