I reviewed their website and other related links. I was impressed with the research and health benefits. It came today so I took my first spoonful. It has a very special texture and delicious flavor. I just wish it was not so expensive. One pound of this honey comes in a small jar, so even when used for medicinal purposes, it will disppear fast.
