appraisal tool September 13, 2008 This is the third one I've owned (keep dropping and breaking them). Invaluable for my line of work (real estate appraisals).
Not a laser measurer January 9, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a pretty good acoustic measurer for interior rooms. It is a little hard to operate and unlike the name is not a laser measurer but a laser pointing/directing measurer good for interior room measurements.
Great tool! January 5, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have owned one of these for several years and it works extremely well. However, for distances beyond 25 ft., there are times when it cannot register. I purchased these for gifts to real estate professionals and property managers who need to measure office space on a daily basis. Every one has been thrilled with this time saving gadget. It's light weight and after 3 years I have not had to change the battery yet.
pocket digital ruler August 22, 2006 I currently have been using the older model#3336 which I purchased about 2 1/2 years ago, same features, unfortunetly I left it in my pocket & accidently put it through the wash (although with new batteries, once completely dried it'll probably work again), original batteries 2 1/2 years later and was still working flawlessly. I use this with & without the laser (the laser just shows the actual spot your measuring to and not stopping at a piece of furniture or a wall overhang, ect.) We've been house hunting and it is absouletly the quickest & easiest way to measure rooms, ceiling height ect.
I highly recommend this especially for those house hunting & in the realestate business.

The ON button is hard to press and activate. It takes several tries to get the unit to fire. Would not recommend
