Amazon.com Review Rotozip spiral saws are popular tools, so it's no surprise that people are also hot after Rotozip bits and accessories. This 10-pack of drywall-cut bits, which are used with the Rotozip spiral saw for cutting around in-wall obstacles such as electrical outlets, is always high on our top-sellers list--and why not? It offers 10 bits at a very reasonable price. In tests we found that as long as we didn't push too hard (let the tool do the cutting) they performed like champs. Keep in mind that these particular bits are for making guided cuts in drywall and paneling. Rotozip also makes a bit for tile, a carbide bit for concrete board and plaster, and various saber-cut bits for wood and composite materials. --Mark McDonald

ok December 23, 2007 These bits are a great idea, and they work fine enough until they break. I think i broke a bit every four or five holes, give or take... You really can't push them too hard, as they are only 1/8th inch. They work great for cutting out recessed lights and outlets. If I was cutting out more window or door openings I would definately recommend using a larger diameter bit. ( They will last much longer) I think I will try upgrading to an Xbit for my next purchase.

These bits are great for drywall. I have been using them to put in the outlet holes. It goes through drywall with ease and it makes accurate cuts. The double-end makes it last twice as long!
