I've had this product for a few months now and I love it. Changing light bulbs and getting to the top shelf of my cabinets are no problem. Very light, easy to open and fold (no catching your fingers in anything), very sturdy. Totally worth the price.

Not much to say about a step-stool... This one is very sturdy, has solid construction, and it even has a locking-mechanism, so it'll stay in the open position even if you have to pick it up and move it a bit. (Unlike most step-stools, that close up on you every time you try and shift their position.) Worth every penny.

I love this step stool, and for the price, it's perfect for my needs. It's sturdy, has wide steps, and it has a great bar to make you feel secure. It's a little heavier than I expected, but for the times I use it, it really doesn't matter. It's definitely worth it and I can't believe I paid so little.

I really like this product. The highback gives me the added support while climbing and the steps are deeper than the average step stool. I feel very secure using this when reaching top shelves in my cabinets. It is also light weight and the price was the best I found on the internet. I highly recommend this step stool.
Safe and Sturdy May 19, 2008
I bought this stool based on the reviews I seen here, and i'm very glad I did. This is an excellent stool and the center of gravity is perfect. The bar at the top is an added bonus, especially for those of us who are afraid of heights and can feel more secure by being able to hold onto the bar.
The covering on the steps is a durable plastic with ridges, to prevent the feet from slipping out from underneath a person. The locking mechanism is secure when open, and this folds up nice and flat to store almost anywhere. A perfect stool for the home.
