I love this item because it's made of steel! It may be a little heavy but man is it strong! For only a few onches more it would be extra strong when standing on it. (cheaper too!) KM

The ladder was as advertised with one problem. The rubber wedge from one of the legs was missing. When I spoke to customer service I was told they couldn't send me one. They were willing to replace the ladder but this was totally unacceptable to me - it is a very heavy item and it would have been impossible for me to return the faulty one especially for such a simple problem. Instead, I was given a 10% refund. Big Deal. So I got in touch with the manufacturer who, no questions asked sent, me 4 rubber wedges almost immediately. Wonder why you couldn't have done something similar????

Cheaper than the junky one a nearby harware store sells and definitely better than that junky one. It holds my boyfriend and my weight together (270lb) so I guess it's stong enough. I'm satisfied.
