This is a great pump. I've used it to empty our spa several times. It's not what the pool pros use, but for the price, it sure does the trick.
Nice little pump for odd jobs. July 17, 2008
We use this pump for grey water recycling to drain a bathtub to a yard outside our house via a garden hose. Works very well for this purpose or any odd jobs where you need to remove moderate amounts of water. Can clear a 25-30 gallon tub in about 5 minutes.

Bought this for the pool cover. It worked great and pumped fast. I would recommend this to anyone, especially for this price!
