Meets My Needs Perfectly May 11, 2008
I had been looking for a gadget that could hold all my empty reusable grocery bags. I shop for a family of five, so I have to carry about 10-12 bags with me when I do a week's shopping trip. I have been carrying the bags, my one year old, a two year old and a four year old to the store. Until now, I have stored the bags in the cart, but they get buried under all the groceries and had to get the stuff out of the cart before I could hand the bags to the bagger. BIG PAIN! Now, I hook all the bags onto my giant carabiner and then hook it onto the outside of the cart. When I get to the checkout now, I just unhook the bags and hand them to the bagger. I have even figued out that if I keep one of the mini carabiners on each bag, I can hook bags to the outside of the cart and be able to fill them if the cart begins to overflow! I love the soft-grip handle! I have had so my people stop and ask me about my bags and my carabiner. They have all been impressed with its practicality.
