The 3 stars are for the seller. The unit works but the packaging was cheap and the shipping was slow.

When we moved into our house we had only one remote for the garage opener - Ginie Excelerator. It took me some time to find the receiver but it took only 30 seconds to program this remote after I found the receiver. The instructions were spot on.

Bought this opener to go with the one that came with the garage door. The directions were easy to follow, it took less than a minute to set up the new remote. Once I had the new remote set up, I tried it and up went the garage door. Been working fine ever since. Great price, fast shipping, I will buy more from these folks when I need to.
Easy to Setup & Works Great June 16, 2008
I purchased a new house that only had one remote control with the garage door. I took it into Home Depot & Lowe's and they said I would have to spend $30-$50 on a remote to work with my garage door. According to the specs this remote should have worked. Sure enough it was EXTREMLEY easy to sync up with my receiver and works great. I am very pleased.

From the Sanford and Son Overhead Doors Company I ordered 2 Remote Transmitter to replace my original original ones that I have had for 14 years. The newer compact body dedsign models were just the right size making them so simple to use in our golf cart and SUV. The instructions to link the Transmitter Intellicode Codes were simply done within a minute. Yes, we ere very pleased in obtaining them after so many years of use.
