I purchased this steamer after looking at all the available ones offered by Amazon. I think it works great and the price was very reasonable. Of course you have to be careful while you are using it, as you are working with steam, but that is just common sense. It works wonderful on knits and cotton blends such as polo and t-shirts, and pants, but don't expect to get a pressed, starched look as you would with an iron (and a lot more work) on 100% cotton items. It is great for touch ups on all types of frabics.
Good steamer at a good price ... Design could be better. November 7, 2008
- Pros:
Water steams very fast, not even a minute. This cuts down my ironing time in half. Works as advertised.
- Cons:
The design can be improved where the hanger holder can keep the hanger in place rather than wobbling. Hard to drain water out of the water reservoir unless you take everything apart.
I'll try putting the clothes on an ironing board and using the wand only the next time.

man when I receive this I said boy it light (could lift it with 3 fingers)when it came time 2 use it, it more than stoodup 2 my jeans,shirts,man best money I spent..it heatup fast(watch your fingers)

I received my SteamFast Fabric Steamer last week and love using it. Be sure to purchase kitchen gloves to wear when using this product in order to keep from being burned by the steam. It works fast and so far have not had any problems with it. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I bought this to steam press my daughter's wedding dress and save the hundreds of dollars the dry cleaners would have charged. It worked beautifully and when at the last minute the bridesmaids'dresses needed a press, it worked on them too. So even if I never use it again it was definitely worth the price. But, now that I have it I'll probably use it over and over.
