This item is for 9 total bags of the Kenmore 5055, 50557, and 50558 vacuum bags. Kenmore vacuums are actually manufactured by Panasonic for Sears, who puts the Kenmore name on them. These bags will also fit All Panasonic canisters made in the last 10-12 years. If your Panasonic vacuum takes a style C-5, these bags will work for you also. The Envirocare brand vacuum bags are all Micro-lined electrostatic charged filter material. This material is 30% more effective at capturing dust then standard paper bags.

 Cheaper and just as good September 2, 2008
After reading the reviews on this website, I decided to go with these bags instead of the Kenmore originals. These are much less expensive, and just as good.

I can't tell you how much these vacuum bags have helped out. My son was diagnosed with asthma and the first thing the doctor suggested was microfiltration bags and to vacuum when he was not in the same room...its made a huge difference to his quality of breathing. Secondly, the brand name bags are way too expensive for my budget. The Envirocare are probably the cheapest on the market and actually work
