 The one I got did not seem to work well October 11, 2008
The battery tester I received I wanted to use to test 9 volts and AA batteries... I cant remember if the digital voltage readings would lower as I was testing or the next time I tested the same battery a few seconds later, but either way it may have been draining the batteries when I tested them ... maybe it was just that particular tester that I got and they dont all do that... I bought another type of tester and did not have that problem

This is one handy tool. Takes the mystery out of whether or not you are using charged batteries or not. As an on-site recording engineer I need to know how much juice is left in the batteries - this will tell me how much recording time is left in the mics. Allows me to use the mics all the way down to the "nub".
