This huge 9-inch-diameter sun-shaped showerhead delivers a wide spray that feels like you are standing under a storm of pouring rain. Nozzles in the center of the head and along each of the twelve "sun rays," deliver an enveloping and relaxing shower. The elegantly designed showerhead is constructed of chrome and solid brass. It attaches to the shower pipe with an attractive S-shaped extension arm. A pivoting joint at the end of the arm lets you aim the spray in whatever direction you choose.  somewhat disappointed July 23, 2008
I was disappointed in this showerhead. It is very large and the water pressure was very poor. It is not what I expected with Pollenex, I returned it.

I love the rain shower. The size is perfect. The only neg was when turning it off. half of the shower head drips for a min or so. no biggie though.The mirrored face of the shower is nice too.

I got this for the children's shower. They always want to use ours because the the shower in their bathroom "hurt." After I installed this and the children tried it out, they now fight to take a shower first. May 6 year old daughter says that it feels like falling feathers. The combination of low flow and many openings makes the shower a decent "rain" showerhead.
My only gripe with it is the noise in the showerhead while the water is filling up the showerhead. It's not horrible but I could have lived without it. The build quality is very nice.
This is NOT the showerhead for you if you like strong jets of water. However, for the kids, this is great.

It broke loose after only 3 days and almost smashed my foot. The heavy shower head is inadequately suspended from a thin and flimsy nozzle. This is cheap junk from China. Stay away.
Good, but still not my favorite. February 16, 2008
This showerhead is beautifully made, and boasts a nice wide shower head. The water flow is very pleasant, wide, and soft. It comes with a good S-shaped extension pipe. It even has a nice sound when water flows through it. The Pollenex is my second favorite showerhead.
My favorite is the Deluge Country Club Shower head. That one is cheaply made and kind of cheesy looking. But the water flow is awesome. It provides a soft, drenching, gentle, high flow shower. It is like standing out in a warm rain on a tropical island. It also has an extension arm that adjusts it beautifully for us tall folks.
I have decided to give my Pollenex to Goodwill, and go back to the Deluge Country Club.
